All ADSL connections need to be migrated to the NBN over the next few years.
This means that if you are still using an ADSL or Modem connection you need to migrate to the NBN.
Northern Rivers NBN will make this transition for you as easy as it can.

Whats involved –

The first thing to do is to pick a plan and order it through NRNBN. You can do this online or by just picking up the phone and having a chat. It may seem that the plans for the NN service are much higher than your existing Internet service, but you must remember that this service is going to replace your internet and phone service so you wil no longer be paying line rental. With this in mind this service should work out cheaper whilst providing you a better service and greater speed.

We will then Activate the NBN at your home or place of business, hopefully alongside your existing Internet connection so that you dont loose service.

A modem or Router will be sent to you to plug into this new service. Alternatively one of our technicians can come to your house or place of business and connect it for you.

When this new router/modem is tested as operational you can move your computer/s and devices to this new faster Internet connection.

We will then move over any phones or fax services to this new connection.

You can then cancel your old Internet connection, Phone Plane and Line Rental.
